The most important job I have is being a husband to my beautiful wife named Megan and a father to 7 amazing children. I had 3 children (2 girls and a boy) from a previous marriage, Megan had triplets (2 girls and a boy) from a previous marriage, and we have 1 child together named Charlie. Charlie was born with Downs Syndrome. She has changed our lives for the better. When you have a child with a disability, you never know what to expect. Well, our friends and family have been extremely supportive and Charlie surprises us everyday! We are very busy, but wouldn't want it any other way.
I have been a teacher for 20+ years. I teach 6th and 7th grade math in a junior high school. I own a store on Teachers Pay Teachers named Mitchell's Mathematicians. I enjoy creating fun math activities that are rigorous and keep students engaged.
